Our Leading Physical Therapists
Anthony Pribila, Co-founder
Anthony Pribila, PT, DSc, CMPT, CMP, Cert. DN, CEAS is the co-founder of Therapeutic Rehab Specialists, which has grown to three Florida locations. Originally from Allentown, PA, he earned his physical therapy degree in the Netherlands and later completed his Doctorate of Science in physical therapy at Andrews University. He holds multiple advanced certifications in manual therapy and dry needling.
Brad Young, PT, CEAS
Brad, a Florida native, was born and raised in St. Petersburg. He has been a practicing physical therapist since 1998. His international training in the Netherlands provides him with the knowledge and techniques to treat acute to chronic conditions with a broad spectrum of therapies.
Breck Pribyl, MSPT, CKTP
Breck Pribyl, MSPT, CKTP is a board-certified Physical Therapist who has been working in the Tampa Bay area since 2005. She earned her Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science from FSU and graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Masters of Physical Therapy.
Myles Luster, PTA
Myles was born and raised in Lakeland, FL. He graduated from the physical therapy assistant program at Keiser University of Lakeland in January 2025. Myles has undergone the extensive and rigorous rehabilitation training required at Therapeutic Rehab Specialists and is ready to hit the ground running to help our patients achieve their goals and enjoy their therapy as much as possible!!
Steven Chastain, PTA, CKTP
Stephen Chastain, PTA, CKTP is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who has been in the St. Petersburg area since 2014. He graduated with his Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2001 from Gwinnett Technical College just outside of Atlanta, GA. He has been working in outpatient /sports medicine clinics for his entire career specializing in post-surgical rehab, injuries sustained in motor vehicle collisions, etc.
Stephanie Baez
Stephanie is a graduate of Polk State College, where she earned her Associate of Arts degree in 2023 while pursuing a career in healthcare and is working toward becoming a nurse. She brings years of customer service experience and a passion for helping others to the TRS front office. Stephanie takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Ben Kruse
Ben graduated from the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2026. He moved to the Tampa area after working in several outpatient clinics and rehabilitation hospitals throughout Colorado, Wisconsin, and Florida. He underwent extensive manual therapy and therapeutic exercise training at TRS during his internship and we welcomed him to the TRS team. He enjoys the benefits of exercise to heal the body and is eager to help our patients in their recovery.
